Welcome! Art in all forms is fascinating and sometimes I am inspired enough to try my hand at some form of art. Some such experiments become hobbies and stay with me for a long time. On display you will find collections of High Fire and Raku Ceramics, Silk Paintings, Watercolors and Jewelry. The entire process of Ceramic building and viewing the final fired piece as it comes out of the kiln is exciting and unpredictable. Silk Paintings had me hooked once I experienced the exceptionally brilliant colors and fluid nature of the paints. Flowers are a favorite theme in these paintings. Watercolor is my all time favorite medium. It can also be the most challenging medium to work with. My inspiration comes from the nature. A Watercolor rendition of the sights on various family trips lets me capture the feeling of that moment. Silver Jewelry (Gallery link coming up soon) is my current passion. It can be very addictive and stimulating . No two pieces are ever the same - as with all handmade art.
